I'm glad you're here.
We all need help with recovering from old wounds, abuses in our history, and destructive habits that keep us stuck. That's why I'm here.
My experience as a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist® and a Life Transition Coach, as well as leading abuse support groups, and providing pastoral care gives me a deep understanding what it means to feel deep pain, need a glimmer of hope, and do the work to have a fulfilling life.
As a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist certified by The Grief Recovery Institute, my training and focus is on helping people deal with grief and loss, past abuse issues, and moving into new life stages. There are over 40 types of losses that we experience in our lives and I can help you process those to help you get unstuck.
As a Life Transition Coach, I help people who want make changes in their lives understand their inner calling and create the plans for their next chapter that will use their innate, God-given skills and create greater satisfaction in their lives.
Combining my success with people development, project planning, and coaching I am able to help people define their personal mission in life. Then, we work together to establish goals that are true to their core beliefs, and create plans to achieve those goals in ways that are meaningful to them and their world.
My greatest joy is encouraging, empowering, and equipping people to live where they can find deep satisfaction. I consider it a great honor to coach, coax, and encourage people into understanding their gifts. Working together we identify resources and put together plans for living their best life - one that brings them fulfillment and satisfaction.
At heart, I am a “hope junkie” who loves to guide people in validating the whole of who they are.
I hold a Master of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. I have spent many years as a leader in the corporate world. Additionally, I am a trained facilitator for the Prepare/Enrich premarital and marital relationship inventory program.
I look forward to getting to know you and being a source of encouragement in your life!
Peace and HOPE!

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
At one time or another, we all can use some help gaining perspective, developing a plan for what to do next, and moving forward. Care and Coaching is designed to help you be your very best - the person God meant you to be!
In private, confidential sessions, done over the phone, in person, or via Skype, we can work together to help you navigate:
*Personal or professional goal setting
*Getting "unstuck" in your life
For years I have been working with survivors of so many kinds of abuse – including spiritual abuse. As a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist®, I work with clients for whom the greatest loss they have experienced is rooted in the realization that they no longer believed what they had been told growing up about God, their own worthiness, and the “rules.” They are in the process of deconstructing their faith system and it feels unsettling, to say the least.
In the church we don’t often talk about doubt and questions without assuming that someone is “caught up in sin” or “being mislead.” Religious people will often shame anyone who expresses not being sure about the God, the Bible, or their faith. Some may even be shamed and chastised for questioning the leadership of their church.
No more! We believe that questioning can be healthy and formative for your faith journey. There is no such thing as one size fits all when it comes to your faith journey or your relationship with Divine Love.
My heart sister, Stephanie Moors, and I have done the work of deconstruction together and separately over a number of years. We’ve walked with other on their journeys, too. We know the loneliness, the crazy making, and the agony that goes along with not being able to feel grounded in the faith traditions, beliefs, and communities.
We have put together this offering, this 4-week series to help you find companionship, language and resources as you do this work.
AND, we talk about how our journeys have come to the different places that we are in right now – still loving Jesus, still loving humanity, still loving each other and in different ways of doing all of this.
Come! Be part of the conversation. No shame, no judgment. Just honesty, love, and acceptance.
